When you sign up for a tour: your name, email address, phone number, country, number of travellers and any notes you add. For the newsletter: your email address. When you browse: technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and time of access.
Why we use it
To handle your sign-up and run the tour, to answer your questions and — only with your consent — to send the newsletter or measure how the site is used.
Legal basis
We process data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. For visitors from the EU and EEA we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in a secure website).
Who receives it
Guides, drivers and guesthouses on your tour receive only what they need, such as your name, the number of travellers and dietary notes. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf: [list providers].
