These terms apply to all tours organised by [Legal company name] LLC (“Log Travel”). Please read them before you book.
Booking and contract
Booking and paying on the website reserves your seats. The contract is concluded when we confirm your booking by email. Sending a question from a tour page is not a booking: no seats are held until you pay.
Prices and payment
Prices are per person in EUR or GEL and include the services listed for each tour. You pay by card when you book — the full price, or a 30% deposit if the departure is more than 30 days away, with the balance due 30 days before departure. [Payment provider and further payment terms.]

Changes and cancellation by us
Mountain itineraries depend on weather and road conditions. If safety requires it, we may change the route or cancel; you then receive an equivalent alternative or a full refund.
Your responsibilities
Choose tours that match your fitness, follow your guide’s safety instructions and carry valid travel insurance; for mountain tours it must cover hiking and rescue.
